Finally a more cheerful post

I managed to get just enough sleep last night to be somewhat functional! Note to self: buy new AC next spring to replace current one which is too noisy and interferes with sleep.

I had a really nice time at the Diesel last night. Hugs to all the terrific folks who were there (you know who you are! :) ) This was followed by a really nice date with secret_willow...yum! :)

Today I'm going to be giving a demo/lesson of new software I've been learning, to a few of my coworkers. Yay to doing something at work that actually involves a few brain cells!!

Real Estate post of the day

Certain people in my life were recently giving me grief for not having been to any open houses yet to look at real estate. So, I just did a search on boston.com for open houses on properties $200k or less (mind you, I cannot afford $200K...) Here are the number of listings I found.

All of greater boston (including Brookline and Somerville) = 0
All of the North Shore = 0
All of metro west = 0

And I did one more, also zero So, I AM NOT PROCRASTINATING after all! :p
