The ongoing glasses saga

I walked across campus this morning to drop off my glasses so they can re-do the lenses. (They never informed me the lenses had arrived--I phoned them on monday and found out.) The optical shop opens at 9am. At 9:20am I was still outside waiting for them to arrive, and I gave up and went to work. They want me to drop the glasses off first thing in the morning so they have all day to work on them, but how can I do so if they're not open? Arghh. And the day is off to a fine start!
