Getting better...

I haven't had any pain in my throat for 48 hours now. And last night I was able to sing at rehearsal! (Carefully and softly.)

One of the women in the group is bringing in a homeopathic flu-prevention remedy for anyone who wants to try it, given that there are no flu shots this year. Of course I will try this! And I'm actually relieved that the medical peeps can't pressure me into getting a flu shot this year. (remembering how sick I got from last year's flu shot!)
