Last night [livejournal.com profile] sophiaserpentia and I watched episode 12 of Torchwood. The episode aptly titled "Jack Harkness". Yeah, that episode (for those of you in the know.) Wow, what a fabulous episode - great story line, intriguing unresolved plot detail, and OMG! OMG! OMG!

Men kissing! Gorgeous men! And not just a quick little peck, I mean really kissing, and it wasn't gratuitous either, it was integral to the plot. And of course Jack still has Ianto back at home for ongoing fooling around so it's not just a one-time fluke for him. Kudos to BBC-America for being willing to air this show! (Despite their silly censoring for language. I mean, who gives a *bleep!* about an occasional swear word. :-) )

The new Dr Who has only aired in the UK up until Season 2. That is with Martha Jones. They have not aired the new season 3. I just heard this from someone in Australia and going to the web site they have nothing on Season 3 yet. Rose died at the end of Season 1. Captain Jack was in several episodes of Season 2.

Nope, there have been three seasons of the New Doctor Who. I now own the DVD sets to all three seasons, have seen them all, and know this to be a fact. Rose was in the first two seasons, and Martha Jones is in 3rd season. Also, Rose is very much alive. Jack wasn't in second season at all. Your source is confused. :-)

You can find episodes guides of the first three seasons here:

But I see at that same site, different page, that you are right: Rose Tyler will be in at least one episode of season 4! *doing a happy dance*!!!

So we got the numbers a bit off. Is the US up to date with the Doctor Who episodes here or are we behind the UK? She said that she would be in at least 3 episodes of the next season. I might have gotten my numbers mixed up. I have problems with numbers. I actually looked at the same web page.
I have seem all of the ones listed for 2007. I loved Blink!

The US has caught up to the UK. For now, anyway.

I loved Blink, too.

That is good to know. Did you know that Blink was written by Steven Moffat who also wrote the episodes "The Empty Child"/"The Doctor Dances" (2 parts) as well as the "The Girl in the Fireplace". I loved all of those episodes that he has written.
